PAM'S STORY
I joined Well Fitness in 2018 about six months after giving birth to my third child. I was keen to lose weight, get fit and feel like “myself” again! Little did I know, I would gain much more than I lost!
Through most of 2018, 2019 and 2020 I was in a cycle of join, try it and quit…usually due to knee pain. I’m so grateful that this group of women did not give up on me! They supported and encouraged me during my sporadic participation, were there for me as my family transitioned to new countries twice and offered friendship during some of my darkest moments (many without even knowing it)!
In July 2020, I was finally ready! I had not been a participant in the Well Fitness group for quite a while, but I was “re-welcomed” with open arms! A dear friend invited me to join a smaller 90 Day Challenge group.
I thought to myself “90 days? Do you know how long 90 days is? It’s 90 days!” Hesitantly, I joined. And it changed my life!
I’ve reconnected with dear friends from my time in Beijing, made new connections, and I feel more like I’m part of a community then I have in the past three years even though I am now back in New Jersey!
For the first time in my adult life I have stuck with a program and completed it! I’ve had wonderful results – I’ve lost 22+ pounds and countless inches.
It has become my lifestyle and by default, my family’s as well!
However, even though I've lost weight, I choose to focus more on what I’ve gained.
I have gained a sense of accomplishment, self-confidence, energy to play with my children, a happier and more consistent mood, healthier eating habits and most importantly a community of women that are cheering me on!
I’m forever grateful for every woman in the Well Fitness group! For their unending support, daily encouragement, and for making our community a safe space for each and every one of us to be REAL with each other and ourselves!

LUDI'S STORY
I joined the Well Fitness group on the 29th July 2020. That morning, I woke up early, went for a run to watch the sunrise, and that was it. This date stuck with me as the day I committed to a new fitness journey and I never looked back!
Being part of Well Fitness helped me find motivation and inspiration. I started by completing the 21 Day Fix program after recommendations from Hannah (Well Fitness Founder). Seeing everyone else’s daily photos was inspiring and I started doing the same to make myself accountable.
After 21 days, a new habit was formed and I’ve now done over 100 workouts.
It hasn’t always been easy, especially with online teaching, traveling back to China, quarantining in Beijing, going back to work on-campus and adjusting to the constantly evolving and challenging circumstances that 2020 brought to us. However, having a well-being routine and being part of a like-minded community has been a considerable support.
Believe it or not, I now look forward to waking up early and exercising before the rest of my family gets up. I feel stronger, healthier and happier and people around me are noticing it.

ANNA'S STORY
After years of inconsistently exercising, I joined the Well Fitness 21 Day Fitness Challenge in October 2018.
Little did I know that I had started a life-long journey with an amazing group of ladies that would encourage and support my goal of being healthy in all aspects of life — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Although I’ve only personally met a handful of the ladies in the group, it has been exciting to share life through daily posts and encourage each other, regardless of where we’re at in our fitness journey.
The ladies in Well Fitness are genuine with where they are in life which has encouraged me to keep going, especially in those difficult or changing seasons of life (which have been MANY these past years!).
I’ve learned to make my personal health a priority, push my physical limits, and also listen to my body for when it needs it. I’ve become stronger physically and mentally with the help of this group. What a fantastic experience this continues to be—one that I look forward to in 2021 and in the years to come!

SHAREE'S STORY
I joined Well Fitness in February 2018 for the very first challenge. I needed the accountability of a group to keep me going with exercise. I did multiple rounds of 21 Day Fix and then jumped into 80 Day Obsession program, where I pushed my limits and got stronger than I ever thought possible.
Sadly, in February 2019 I injured myself and had to transition to other types of exercise with a physical therapist. This group kept me from throwing in the towel completely. I thought about leaving it several times but I’m so glad I didn’t!
In February 2020 I made plans to start working with a different physical therapist and within a few months I was ready to get back to running!
I've just finished another Beachbody 21 Day program called Muscle Burns Fat (MBF) and will be wrapping up MBF Advance shortly after the next 21 day challenge begins.
I’m so grateful for the “morning crew” who are working out at the same time as me across the city
